All project(s) must undergo a critical project review by our project/business review team. All project must meet the Project Review ROI data requirement.

Project Approval Phase

When the project get to this stage, then it is considered 'some good news' as it has been selected for either loan financing or joint venture investment.

Fund Release Phase

This is a very critical stage that, it indicates to us how the funds would be sent. Investment funds are deposited to borrower's bank for project deployment to begin.
